Remove the lid and seal. Fill to the brim or 200ml with your preferred choice of liquid (Add lesser liquid for Thicker consistency & Stronger taste)
STEP 2:
Blend using your blender's smoothie mode. Alternatively, you can blend on low for 20-30 seconds then on high for another 20-30 seconds until smoothie is smooth
STEP 3:
Pour it back into your cup and enjoy!
